Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
- Between 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail with a quality-driven mindset.
- Passion for continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Ability to identify defects and recommend practical solutions.
- Strong teamwork and proactive work ethic.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience or knowledge in the following areas will have an advantage:
- Quality assurance and quality control.
- Manufacturing and production processes.
- Mechanical or industrial engineering.
- Product evaluation and inspection.
- Data analysis and reporting.
