- Pick up a prescribed Form A from the in-house bank or download file on the ORC’s website (https://orc.gov.gh/forms-fees/)
- After filling the Form A with the appropriate information, submit it at the Business Names Registration Counter for Verification and Capturing
- Pay processing fee
- After, the Registrar will examine it, then approve and issue: Certificate of Registration and Certified True Copy (CTC) of Form A
- You are mandated to renew your registered name each year at a fee of GHS 70 ( or pay by using USSD *222#) as of 2026.
How To Register Partnership Business in Ghana
Partnership Business requires two or more people to operate. But a maximum of 20 individuals. Here are the requirements and steps you must follow to register partnership business in Ghana:

How To Register Limited Liability Company in Ghana
