Ghanaian spiritual leader Bishop Kwabena Asiamah, widely known as Ajagurajah, is trending after making a bold and controversial statement about how he would prefer to die. His remarks have quickly gained attention across social media and entertainment platforms.
How Ajagurajah Prefers To Die
According to a report by GhanaView, Ajagurajah stated that he would rather be brought down by a woman than lose his life in a car accident. The comment was made during a public discussion on an interview with UTV, where he shared his personal views on life, relationships, and mortality.
According to Ajagurajah, his sayings are backed by a passage from the Book of Proverbs, specifically Proverbs 30:19, elaborating that the scripture explains the nature of relationships between men and women. He further said, the verse reads, “the way of an eagle in the sky, the way of a snake on a rock, the way of a ship on the high seas, and the way of a man with a young woman,” which he argues that relationships between men and women are natural and even referenced in the Bible.
The General Overseer of the Ajagurajah Movement, Bishop Kwabena Asiamah, did end tere. He went on to express that, by the time he passes on, he hopes many women will be competing over him, giving a reference to Daddy Lumba’s incident. He added: “I really love women. Honestly, I’d rather be brought down by a woman than by something like a car accident. I even find it funny when a man gets angry after being told he likes too many women. To me, that’s a compliment. In fact, by the time I die, I’d like to have around 30 wives, about 60 girlfriends, and nearly 50 baby mamas”.
Ajagurajah On How He Finds Women For His Associates
Moreover, Ajagurajah equally added that within his inner spiritual circle, he helps most of the men who work with him in locating female partners when they seek relationship. He goes ahead to even rent apartments for some of his workers, creating spaces where they can spend time with women, while some of his associates equally prefer to find women by themselves.
Social Media Reactions To Ajagurajah Statement on Car Accident & Women
Some social media users interpret his statement as metaphorical. They argue that he may be referring to emotional or romantic struggles rather than a literal situation. Others, however, believe the comment was unnecessary and insensitive, especially given the increasing concerns about road accidents in Ghana.
Road safety remains a serious issue in the country. Reports of fatal accidents continue to surface, often leaving families devastated. Against this backdrop, critics argue that comparing such tragedies to personal preferences about death may come across as dismissive.
Since the statement surfaced, online discussions have intensified. Many users have shared mixed reactions. While a section of the audience finds humor or boldness in his remarks, others see it as another example of attention-seeking rhetoric.
Ajagurajah’s followers, on the other hand, remain largely supportive. They often view his statements as philosophical or symbolic, rather than literal. This loyal base continues to amplify his voice, ensuring his comments remain in the spotlight.
