Shapeways.IO is hiring an Admin + Marketing Support Assistant to support weekly content scheduling, outreach, onboarding assistance, and basic administrative tasks.

This is an execution-focused role with clear systems, structured workflows, and realistic expectations.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Clear written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms, especially Instagram.
  • Basic admin or CRM experience (or willingness to learn).
  • Ability to follow systems and instructions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule:
    • 3 social media posts weekly
    • 1 newsletter weekly
    • Upload 1 blog post weekly
      (Content will be provided or lightly edited)
  • Send 20โ€“30 targeted Instagram DMs daily/weekly
  • Respond to incoming messages and inquiries
  • Follow up with warm leads and assist with onboarding
  • Update and maintain Zoho CRM records
  • Track leads, sign-ups, and engagement metrics
  • Prepare a simple weekly report
  • Research 1โ€“2 grant opportunities weekly
