Shapeways.IO is hiring an Admin + Marketing Support Assistant to support weekly content scheduling, outreach, onboarding assistance, and basic administrative tasks.
This is an execution-focused role with clear systems, structured workflows, and realistic expectations.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Comfortable using social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- Basic admin or CRM experience (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to follow systems and instructions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule:
- 3 social media posts weekly
- 1 newsletter weekly
- Upload 1 blog post weekly
(Content will be provided or lightly edited)
- Send 20โ30 targeted Instagram DMs daily/weekly
- Respond to incoming messages and inquiries
- Follow up with warm leads and assist with onboarding
- Update and maintain Zoho CRM records
- Track leads, sign-ups, and engagement metrics
- Prepare a simple weekly report
- Research 1โ2 grant opportunities weekly
